The project is to transform an old musical hall into dormitory and multi-functional information center for students.

The architecture of traditional Chinese style is renovated with a fusion of modernism and the essence of Chinese culture. We preserve the traditional roof slope and decorate the exterior with piled glass fences to allow in maximum natural light.

The cubic glasses together assemble the prevailing OR-Code, where the profound message of great Chinese calligrapher is included.
We aim to deliver the values of Chinese culture with modern spatial design and technology.

Integrating old and new in the contemporary presentation method, we aspire the architecture to be a platform of free and open communication of knowledge.
